Oral Roberts was a dirtbag and his university bailed from the NCAA to the NAIA in 1989 just so it could avoid getting hit with major sanctions over recruiting. Nobody should root for that school.

 

I haven’t seen final points per possession numbers, but Arkansas needed 77 shots to get 72 points. I don’t think ORU has anything to be ashamed of on that account.

 

The amount of goober simpletons rooting for them because “oral” is in their name made my head hurt.

I doubt they’re as bought in as the regular student body. They just wanted a place to ball.

 

I dvr as much as I can. You will rarely see me on this thread live. But I still can't avoid commercials. And this one irritates me. It is obviously a super expensive ad campaign, and it bothers me specifically because how nondescript and unfully this guy and the emu is. If I am that insurance company, I certainly wouldn't feel i am getting my money's worth.

I like the former Flo protege on the progressive commercials. The dude. That commercial where he is riding along, touting the Progressive app.

 

My toddler is now singing along to that Pet Shop Boys song. Along with Flo Rida’s Low from the Kroger commercials.

Need to amp up my attempt to indoctrinate him with my taste in music.

 

This one annoys me greatly. I played it and my dog walked out of the room.
