Helluva women’s semifinal with Stanford and South Carolina. Stanford up by 1 with 13 seconds to go.

Yeah, great steal and two chances to win.

Boston is going to be sick about that one for a while. Great finish ... and unlike Bayl0r-Connecticut, determined by the players.

The last time UConn trailed by 10 at halftime in the Tournament was 2007

That's a tremendous stat. Cuz it's not like this is their first tournament game since then.

    Arizona's defense is formidable.

Conference of Champions, baby. What a couple of tournaments by the Pac-12, 26-8 record and three of eight in the Final Fours. WSU women were the only team of 10 entrants not to win at least one game.

Nicely done, U of A. Good for the Pac-12. Good for women's basketball.

So great for the sport. I know the ratings will suffer because it's two Pac 12s and no UConn, but it had to happen.
Men's hoops didn't begin to grow until UCLA's fade opened the door and created some degree of suspense about the ultimate champion.

As a Minnesotan and admirer of Bueckers' game since she lit up the MN state tourney as an 8th grader...did not enjoy the outcome. Younger me is staring dazed at the realization I have been pulling for UConn all season but she's just that fun to watch. Great game by Arizona. Can't see them beating the literal trees who make Stanford so tough but then again I had UConn winning by 15 tonight.
