I can't imagine Cody Riley doing what Evan Mobley couldn't -- controlling Drew Timme.
I can't imagine Tyger Campbell outplaying Jalen Suggs.

It's still a little weird to me to think about the dynamics of this matchup. If you'd said, 20 years ago (or even 10 or 12 years ago), that UCLA and Gonzaga would meet in the NCAA Tournament and one would be an undefeated juggernaut and the other the scrappy 11th-seeded underdog, there's no way you would have guessed who was playing which role.

To further confuse someone, you could add in the fact that one starts: a five star prospect, a four star recruit from France, a four star Texas recruit who was MVP of his division, and a transfer from Florida. The only one that makes sense is Washington's Mr. Basketball, the only senior, I believe.

By 10-12 years ago, Gonzaga was not really the scrappy underdog anymore.

In the 2008-09 season, Gonzaga went 28-6 and earned a No. 4 seed in the tournament, winning twice (against a 13 and a 12) before losing to No. 2 seed North Carolina.

UCLA went 26-9 and was a six seed, beat an 11 and lost to No. 3 seed Villanova.

The next season, Gonzaga was 27-7 and an eight seed (won one and lost to top seed Syracuse), while UCLA was 14-18 and out of the tournament.

The French kid makes sense. Hasn't Few been recruiting internationally for a long time now?

Gonzaga again thriving in college basketball with international flavor

"In almost two decades at Gonzaga, [assistant coach Tommy] Lloyd has brought in players from Japan to France to Poland to Germany to Lithuania. Multiple programs recruit internationally, but the Bulldogs have cornered the market on it. Once a cute Cinderella story, the Zags have grown into a mid-major powerhouse, in part because of their love of overseas projects."

I had to blink when they said Scott Drew is I his 18th season at Baylor. It is hard to believe that murder and that scandal was so many years ago.

Whether men’s basketball or football, Houston is always the Singing Frog of college sports when the National lights are on.

Charles Barkley chose violence. But he isn’t wrong about Houston.

(H)Akeem and Clyde Drexler couldn't save Houston.

If Baylor hadn’t scored a point in the second half. Houston just tied it with 5:36 to go
