2020-21 College Basketball thread

Was hoping Kansas could join that group, but the EWU Eagles and their big man, Tanner Groves, ran out of gas.

Would have been sweet to see Kentucky, Duke, UNC and Kansas all gone from the tournament after one round. Maybe Jim Nantz would have asked to be sawed in half for real ...

We sometimes rag on the TNT guys for being a bit "underprepared" in March but the two-day long running joke regarding Charles picking Alabama to make the Final Four has been fantastic and I hope it continues.

 

And of course the Gauchos are on truTV.

That was not a great way to close it out for Santa Barbara.

 

It was great for me, since I have Creighton in my survivor pool.

 

Guy made the pass to the open man, he made the right move to the hoop, blew the shot.

 

They keep it light, as opposed to the way CBS spouts government radio. But hurry up and get back to the NBA.

 

Maybe that’s why he was the open man.

 

It's really amazing how much that crew gets right. They have the right mix of personalities, they integrate social media remarkably well, large portions of the show are downright funny and Ernie Johnson is a television God. That's why Shaq getting all pissy lately has been so jarring. It really cuts against the honest but enjoyable tone of the show.
