That's the thing, there are no ramifications for stuff like "ordering wings" from Magic City.

I still can’t believe he won’t admit to preferring the breasts.

Don't forfeits also do some damage to competitive balance?

Sure, but don't you need some kind of way to hold teams accountable? Eh never mind, this is MLB we're talking about.

So, the Marlins. Magical run or no?

What happens if two COVID teams have a series? Double forfeit?

May be worth it knowing Manky will wet his pants when Jetes gets the World Series trophy.

Jake Boone has signed with the Washington Nats. He has the potential to become MLB’s first 4th-generation player (Dad is Brett, Grandpa is Bob, and Great-Grandpa is Ray).

Just looked it up for fun: Ray Boone made his major league debut in September of 1948 and made the World Series roster for the Indians, striking out in his only at-bat in a Game 5 loss to the Boston Braves. One of his teammates was Satchel Paige.

The Indians haven't won another World Series in going on four generations of Boones.

Since so many Indian fans sold their Game 7 tickets to Cubs fans, they can go 100 generations without another WS appearance. Fuck them.

Just sat through my first non-Florida State League 7-inning doubleheader.

Of all the ideas for this sprint season I'm against, this one isn't so bad.

Just finished books on the expansion Senators, the Colt .45s, and the St. Louis Browns. Reading one now on the Philadelphia A's. Rooting for those teams must have been like being a Mariners fan in the past decade.

There is no one on this team I recognize, other than Seager, who is avertage personified. But the good thing this year is, it's only taken 15 games to drop out of playoff contention. And unlike most years they were in the mix until late July!
