The Astros were throwing at Oakland players.

Football must be shut down, as well, then, since every play is a brawl!

I can ease your mind: I have read a lot of articles about COVID 19. It is very difficult to “catch” outdoors.

As for me, I say; Play ball!

I have zero interest in having a genuine conversation with a sock puppet whose primary purpose on two boards is trolling, but I will use this ridiculous post to make a point.

Baseball has already had major outbreaks on two teams. More importantly, the brawl is just the latest sign that the players refuse to follow the rules put in place to keep them safe.

As for me, I say you should crawl back under your rock.

I am not from under a rock, but from Kentucky.

Some might state: That is the same thing!

Marcus Stroman amasses enough service time to become a free agent then opts our. Good for him

This is all true, but I do wonder if some teams might hold that against Stroman and that might hurt the market for his services when he does hit the open market.

It’s going to take multiple teammates being hospitalized in serious condition or maybe even a death for pro baseball, basketball or football to cancel the current season. If they keep testing and multiple players are positive but there’s no detrimental health conditions announced people, and players, will feel bullet proof. There are 4000 baseball and football players in training camp or playing games. Name 5 with announced serious health conditions. Of the 200-300 on field coaching and training staffs has anyone been hospitalized other than Observation? I’m not minimizing the virus. I’m saying the longer it goes without tragedy the more it becomes ‘normal’.
