We have Big Show, Christian, Ric Flair helping Randy Orton and MVP in multiple segments ... because fresh, new ideas.

So is Christian cleared or was that just a covid light lifting stunt double-y one off?

they could film a boneyard type thing with a guy who cant get cleared yeah? I’d be excited for it

    Probably just a one-off.

MVP’s done a really good job with this run, in spite of the crappy Lana/Lashley storyline.

Christian is a continuation of the Edge feud, so it makes some sense. I’m not sure why Flair helped Orton, unless they do another Evolution reunion, which, like you said, a fresh new ideas.

    Everybody has to get tested.

WWE suspends Orlando tapings after wrestler tests positive for COVID-19

The positive test came right after Team McMahon said that any employees who wanted to mask up to help prevent transmission should stay home.

And a Forbes blogger is reporting that the crowd at the Performance Center on Monday included some actual fans, all of whom found out about the positive test when the rest of us did — late Monday night on Twitter.

It’s almost like the son of the owner of a second-tier NFL team could run a wrestling promotion better than Team McMahon does.

Stuff I learned by dragging myself through Being The Elite this week: AEW is testing before its live shows and tapings in Jacksonville and I believe at QT Marshall’s gym/dojo in Atlanta (stuff I learned elsewhere: WWE has apparently not been testing until — oops! — this week). If you see somebody in an AEW with two hospital-type bracelets, the orange one means they passed the temperature test and the blue one means their COVID-19 test came back clean. Only other thing that was really worth my time was the ongoing “rivalry” between Colt Cabana — who’s been using his BTE appearances to good effect — and Kenny Omega, although the bit that ended with Omega describing the Bucks as “They’re Christian as fuck!” wasn’t terrible but was dragged down by Matt Hardy.

I enjoyed Backlash more than I thought I would. I agree the Lashley-McIntyre match was better than I expected even though they need to just end the Lana-Lashley crap. And I enjoyed the Viking Raiders-Street Profits bit. It was a total comedy bit, and right now, I actually thought it worked better than a straight match would have. It was fun and different.

Seven years ago, and still one of the greatest swerves I've ever seen. Mark Henry had me hook, line and sinker.

I really hope Orange Cassidy vs. Jericho lives up the hype it's getting inside my own head.

Was there some reason that the Bunny is now in a thing with Brandi Rhodes and Goldusts weird friend and isnt the bunny anymore?

Its too bad Hulk Hogan’s banned from AEW as he could show Cody how to wear a weight belt and a title belt at the same time
