Radford to hire Florida assistant Darris Nichols. He succeeds Mike Jones, who went to UNCG to succeed Wes Miller, who went to Cincinnati.

The dominoes of one coach leaving (Brannen at UC) are fascinating.

Fordham hired Villanova assistant Kyle Neptune several weeks ago.

Fordham hasn't been a player since the days of Digger Phelps and Charlie Yelverton but I'd love to see a game at Rose Hill. It reminds me of old Mac Court in Eugene, with the top 2/3 of the building shaved off.

A lot of news out of Kentucky yesterday. First comes word of a big shakeup on Carl’s staff, including Tony Barbee going back to the big chair, this time at Central Michigan.

Kentucky loses two former assistant coaches in shake-up of John Calipari's staff after disappointing season

That barely had time to digest before word that Terrence Clarke, one of last year’s freshmen who came out for the draft despite missing most of the season with injuries, died in a one-car crash in LA.

Ex-Kentucky guard Clarke, 19, dies after crash

Women's BB, but a huge hire if it goes through.

SEC women’s hoops hasn’t had a truly great villain since Sharon Fanning was handing out murder glares in Starkville.

Good for her. She can again recruit without worrying if her players are gay.

The guess here is that folks in Baton Rouge are a little more reasonable than in Waco. Hoping Kim Mulkey makes the move.

She shouldn't have gotten away from the folks in Ruston, but Baylor was willing to give her one more year on her initial contract. Something that small. The program in Ruston hasn't been the same since Leon Barmore retired.

Not even a little? While I understand we're not looking for any incredible human rights stories out of either, when's the last time we heard anything positive out of Waco?

Have you noticed all the headlines lately about LSU bending over backwards to cover up sexual assault? It feels, dare I say, Baylor-esque.
