The Nets last three shots were Harris, Brown, Brown.

    That’s why they lost.

Why? Joe Harris from 18 and two floaters which Bruce Brown makes 75% of the time? I’m guessing at least 4 points.

75% of those shots are not in the playoffs with under two minutes left. Pressure means something.

And I have no problem with lesser players taking shots if you don’t have Durant and Kyrie on the team. They are two of the most gifted offensive players I’ve ever seen. They shoot the big shots for me.

The Utah Jazz are the West's #1 seed. They'd love to have Philly's pub.

So the "wrench" that the Clips used in the 3rd qtr to stifle the Jazz was the simple 2-3 zone; how does a pro team succumb to that? Wouldn't Bogdanovic have been the perfect guy to put at the FT line? Instead, you had Mitchell and Clarkson casting off from 30. Luckily for the Jazz, they had Bogdan playing tremendous M2M D on Kawhi (he scored 16 on only 8 shots) and

The Mountain Time Zone is the sports equivalent of the witness protection program.

Eh, to me that's more about Mitchell and Clarkson's temperament as players. Clarkson, you should probably just bench against if you need some heady passing players to bust a zone.

By the way, I realize Mike Malone ripped his team for their performance in this round, but I'm kind of surprised they're playing as well as they are with Austin Rivers essentially now forced into 30 to 45 minutes per game. Murray's injury really sucks for a variety of reasons.

Nothing like a desperate team to bring goon ball back to the NBA.
