People criticizing the Clippers are demonstrating after-the-fact, know-it-all, bullshit tendencies.

Crowder traveled before the pass, btw.

Traveling while out of bounds does not exist.

You can’t simply move away from the defender unless it’s after a basket.

Correct, but it's not a travel.

It was a great play. The Clipper defender barely gets his hand over the rim. If this was so easy, Giannas would get 50 of these every year.

I’m still having to adjust to the fact that a 15-point lead means absolutely nothing in an NBA game.

Honestly, the fact that the Suns were even in that game last night was a positive sign. They were awful offensively. Book couldn't get comfortable in that mask and it clearly affected his shooting. He was missing a bunch of wide-open looks and you could see him playing with an adjusting the mask during stoppages. Paul looked rusty, as will happen when you're off for 11 days in the middle of a playoff run. The Clips absolutely had to have that game and played more desperate. I expect a different effort Saturday night. Different result? We'll see. But I doubt the Suns play that poorly on offense again. Cam Payne's ankle is a big concern, however. The dropoff from Payne to E'twaun Moore is significant in that backup point role.

    A. Any out of bounds play other than after a made basket – The person taking the ball out of bounds must stay within a three foot area of the place where the referee administers them the ball. The person inbounding the ball may move both feet, however, if they step beyond the three feet area, it is a violation.

    B. After made baskets – When a basket is made, the opposing team may “run” the entire baseline when trying to inbound the ball. This includes returning from a time out. The ball may also be passed to a teammate who is positioned entirely out of bounds on the baseline and there is no violation.

You're missing my point. It's a violation. It's not a travel. Traveling does not occur on inbounds plays.

Looks like tonight Bucks won’t have to worry about end of game scenarios…

Complete stunning hire by the Mavericks. Out of the box thinking, looking for something fresh and new. Who wants to recycle a coach with a losing career record and losing playoff record. They’ve come a long way in coaching hires in 30 years. No more bringing in someone in the old boys network, let’s open the jobs up to those who who previously wouldn’t be considered or given more than lip service.
