The dirtsheets are saying its Edge/Reigns. If Edge takes Reigns who gets Drew?

A grudge match with Sheamus? No way that closes out Sat of Mania. Lashley? Hes done that. Orton and Wyatt are with each other. Raw’s got nothing.

Theyd almost have to call up Cole or Balor.

Actually.....Keith Lee works. Thats a main event. OK fine I believe its Reigns/Edge now.

 

Maybe you have a woman's title match close night one?

 

Have the women close out one night, and Edge/Reigns close out the other night. Problem solved.

I'd almost think KO could keep going with Reigns, but I doubt that's happening. But I'm down for a KO/Sami feud. Sami talks about conspiracy theories, and KO constantly mocks him for that. Instant feud.

 

Have they done Lashley-Drew? I didn't think they had been up against each other since he got the title.

 

i thought it main evented the ppv before money in the bank? It was a really good hard hitting match.

problem with closing with the women is you’re it doing Banks Belair since thats 2 Smackdown closers. So Asuka would need to drop the title to Flair. Flair Lacey isnt any better of a show closer than Drew-Sheamus. Unless Beckys coming back theres no close-worthy womens match on the Raw side

 

You're right mostly. It was after Money in the Bank. I looked it up on IWD. But it was before Lashley got the U.S. belt and they were pushing the Hurt Business. They could do it again pretty easily.

Depending on what happens with Orton-Fiend, Alexa vs. Asuka could be a show-closer. Especially since it almost needs to be a cinematic match of some sort with the way they're doing Alexa's transformations.

Nice promo with Edge, Balor and Dunne, but don't have any feeling that he'll pick the NXT belt to go far.

But I gotta admit -- was kinda disappointed we didn't at least get a "Hi, honey* with his wife at ringside.

 

Meanwhile on AEW: Nice choice in priest, and loved Miro from stopping him from asking "If anybody sees a reason..."
