I am an Indiana alum. If you want boring Miller is the man.

IU is getting close to Tennessee football territory — y'all had a good little run, now enjoy 16-win seasons and invites to the CBI.

That's not true. Tennesse football has been had seven losing seasons since Phillip Fulmer was replaced as coach in 2009. Most seasons Indiana is above .55.

But Indiana basketball is admittedly a much more boring program than Tennessee football. I can not think of any filmed or theatrical piece of fiction that so successfully combines comedy and drama as a Tennessee football coaching search.

Archie and Sean Miller are both going to be speculated as the next coach of the NC State Wolfpack when that job opens -- again -- a year from now.
I presume the fan base, which fondly remembers the Sidney Lowe era as being better than the Herb Sendek era because Lowe was one of them, will clamor for either Miller brother. Or maybe both of them.
And they will be again be trapped in nostalgia for a time that was never as good as they think it was.

That was quick. A family friend played for WMU until 2020 and that coaching change was puzzling.

Sam Scholl out after four seasons at the University of San Diego.

Beautiful campus, nice gym but nobody can win there. Billy Grier's career died there.

Bruce Weber resigns after 10 seasons at K-State, the last three of which were pretty meh. Mark Turgeon makes almost too much sense for this job, but we'll see.

Cox is indeed done at Rhody, per Jon Rothstein.

Yup! The local guys confirming as well. The season ended fittingly - URI was up 14 or 15 at the half against Richmond, and up 10 with eight minutes to go, and lost. This was the second time that happened against Richmond this year, and I believe three or four times they lost a 10+ point lead at the half and lost the game.
