I am going to love Warriors running to play three pointers.

Although it's been said, many times, many ways, we are living in a special place in time to see Curry play like that.

I must have missed it. Why is there no game today?

Because of the 2-2-1-1-1 format, they add an extra off day for the travel. And to drag it out as long as possible.

I don't think they give a crap about 2-2-1-1-1, since conference finals were also 2-2-1-1-1 and consistently went every other day.

They just want to be sure to hit a third weekend . . . by skipping the second weekend. Which they won't even do if it goes 6.

No Finals game a weekend, is this the first time the NBA has avoided playing Saturday AND Sunday? It’s not the 2-2-1-1-1 format, its the LeBronization of the NBA. the players look like the best athletes on earth, but half of them get knocked down on incidental contact. Maybe they looked at the menstruation cycles of the players and fit the schedule around that.

This fascination with LeBron is not healthy, dude.

They spread out the games to drag out a series, yes, but also to give older players and players with nagging injuries and hypochondriacs or just players who need load management to stay as viable as possible. They are programming for LeBron. He should never miss a conference championship series at his level.
