2023-24 Running NBA thread

We watch our local ABC news at 10 so we can whine about how bad it is and when we tuned in last night it was delayed by this game. We started watching in the middle of the shot clock fiasco right as James bounced the ball hard off the floor. Took a little while to figure out what was going on.

 

They must be pumping crowd noise into this Spurs-Nets game. Hella loud for a game between shit teams.

But it is an entertaining final few minutes and OT. Victor Wembanyama will be a monster when he learns how to play around the basket without letting people strip the ball out of his hands. And yes I have Spurd +1½.

 

The game is in Austin. That’s probably contributing to the noise.

Watching ESPN's halftime show. It's such a bad attempt to be "Inside the NBA," it would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

Yes, but I'd rather be in their group and be put on the other side of the bracket so I don't see them until the gold medal game.
