Yeah, the NOAA updates the same jpg addresses, which makes for some confusing discussions here when what we're talking about doesn't exist.

I usually just right click, copy image, and paste. Maybe it gets the url instead of just a static image.
Either way, I wanted to go back and compare, and stuff from yesterday was today's.
I thought I was in a time warp. I wish I could do that with lottery tickets.

I’m surprised Bermuda isn’t screwed practically every year. Usually just some scrapes and near misses.

Bermuda is a very small target. I was there once in the '70s when a hurricane went by about 50 miles offshore. Very impressive viewing over the top of my rum swizzle.

Yes, hurricanes are in fact living demons spat out of the depths of hell.

More lighter blue shades over my house. Oh, boy. About 20 years ago, they had a practice hurricane evacuation from the Cape. A complete fiasco with like 20 mile traffic backups at the two bridges to the rest of Massachusetts. And that was practice with like limited participation by the citizenry. If a hurricane does head here, if you haven't evacuated like 3-4 days before, you might as well stick around. Better the basement than Route 6 when it hits.

Hey, now you know what we feel like when they start calling for more than a couple of inches of snow.
Run out and get you some bread and milk.
