Mooneyham and Greg Oliver are so good at writing obits. I never really saw Kernodle wrestle as I didn’t live in the Mid-Atlantic territory and he mostly was active before I became a fan, but it’s amazing how he was along for the ride with so many huge names and yet, outside of the South, very few fans would know who he was.

I remember him from his time with Slaughter in WWF, had no idea about his runs in NWA before that.

 

I know (hope?) they'll get to it eventually, but I'm actually disappointed that not only did WWE not do a 10-bell for Sheik, but they didn't show the "in memoriam" image as the broadcast began, leading into the "...forever" spiel.

Great to see them weave some NXT storylines into the main shows. I'd love to see them incorporate NXT into Survivor Series again, like they did a handful of years ago.

I know why, so this is a rhetorical question: why does Charlotte Flair always get a title shot the moment she returns and never has to earn it? So very annoying.

 

The same reason Brock Lesnar can come down the ramp 29 minutes and 30 seconds into a 30-minute Money in the Bank match he was not announced as a part of, F5 a few guys, climb the ladder and win it.
