Corey doing a fantastic spot-on version of Ludwig Kaiser.

I know they're hot and probably the best stable in WWE now that the Bloodline is pretty much dead, but do we need five segments and a couple backstage interviews dedicated to Judgment Day?

So Rollins just gets his ass kicked … and Priest doesn’t cash in?

If Judgment Day is the best stable in the WWE, they need to come up with some new stables — that preferably don’t have Dom Mysterio as a member.

Dom obviously is not the most talented worker on the roster, but you can't possibly deny that he's insanely over as a heel. He's playing his role as the douchey young punk very well right now.

I feel like he’s getting X-Pac Heat rather than heel heat right now. One of the E’s weaknesses over the years has been the inability to tell the difference and pushing someone too hard as a result.

I think it's a mix of the two. People hated him when they were trying too hard to push him as a babyface, but he and they have done a really good job of leaning into it and making it part of his gimmick. Drowning him out with boos has quickly become a fun thing for the fans. People want to see him get his ass beat both because they legitimately hate him and because he's doing a good job of playing the role of smarmy heel whose ego obviously outstrips his talent and accomplishments. Having him win with interference and heel tactics works well. Putting a relatively minor title like the NXT North American championship on him was brilliant.
Not saying he's anywhere near this level or on this career trajectory, but it kind of reminds me of the early stages of The Rock's early career arc. Legacy talent who gets pushed as a second-generation babyface star, it doesn't work, so they lean into a bit and he gains some traction as a heel.

I agree with this. As soon as Dom gets the mic, the boos all come at once. I keep expecting Balor, Priest and Rhea to just start cracking up when the boos come.

Roxanne and Blair in a convenience store brawl? It's no supermarket, but I'm sure Booker is proud.

This week's Dark Side on Bam Bam Bigelow was good. Nothing too earth-shattering or dark, other than him falling down the popular path at that time of popping pills.

Good set of talking heads with DDP, Taz and Shane Douglas. And no Cornette for once.

Next week, it's the infamous Bash at the Beach 2000. Not sure I can stomach a whole hour episode with Bischoff, Russo and Jarrett going back and forth.
