    Holy shit. No words.

Just thinking about his wife, JoJo (the former ring announcer), and their kids, Bo and IRS, as well as all those who were close to him. Especially the other guys in the Wyatt Family and Jon Huber's wife, after what they had to go through last year with Brodie/Jon.

His comeback in Philly was so electric, and then it all faded away. I don't want to even begin to guess what happened, or if his death is linked to reasoning behind his disappearance.

That reaction when he came through the door and took his mask off -- nearly blew the roof off the arena.

SmackDown is going to be crushing to watch tomorrow. They haven't done one since Pat Patterson, but they have to do a 10-bell salute, especially when you add Funk and Bray (two almost universally beloved figures) together.

Words fail me right now. He was so incredibly talented and one of the best characters in WWE history. RIP

WWE has announced it will donate all net proceeds from sales of Bray Wyatt merchandise to his family.

Oh no. I haven't followed wrestling in many years to know who Bray Wyatt actually was, 'til I saw one obit this morning. I covered Windham in high school in Brooksville, Fla. He was a nice, fairly quiet kid, terrific d-lineman in addition of course to wrestling. One of my favorite features I wrote while down there was on Mike, who was close to retiring from wrestling then (still picking up a few more big checks in Japan) and being a doting dad. He ran a used car lot, one of those "buy here/pay here" places. So I had to make the joke about a guy missing a few payments and having IRS show up at his house.

Clearly, he had a brilliant mind, but imagine if this came to fruition.

Ha, that kind of makes sense to me. She would have gotten way more heat than Alexa did.

This from the guy who works with WWE's long-term storytelling and was a big part of the epic build to Bray's return.

Looking forward to tonight, though in a bittersweet way.
