Would've been a perfect way to further the dissent in Judgement Day, for Priest to defy Rhea and still cash in on Seth, regardless of if he wins or not.

Here’s what I don’t get — you take Jey away from the Bloodline so you can build him as a singles wrestler, and then you put him in a tag team to win the tag belts. Sure, he’s asserting himself away from his family, but he’s still not showing he can stand on his own. Doesn’t make sense to me.

    I’m guessing it’s part of a long-term setup.

Cody and Jey win the belts.

Roman comes out on Friday, rips on Jimmy (but not Solo since he needs him on his side) for losing to Cena/LA. Meanwhile, Rhea rips on Finn/Priest for losing the belts. Roman and Rhea realize they’re both upset, and decide to form an uneasy alliance (can they coexist?!!!) for Survivor Series (cue Regal “WAR GAMES!).

The Judgment Line/Blood Day faces Cody/Jey/KO/Sami/LA. LA and Cody stand tall at the end of the night as Priest keeps teasing a cash-in on Roman, who walks away with Solo (again, the loyal bodyguard) to avoid the cash-in.

Continuing the storyline, Priest defies Rhea, turns face, cashes in on Roman in Saudi, gets foiled as Finn and Dom interfere. Then Priest beats on Dom at the Rumble, and faces Finn at WM.

Meanwhile, Jey/Cody drop the belts to KO/Sami at the Rumble in a great babyface match. Jey/Cody enter the Rumble, Cody wins, and Jimmy prevents Jey from winning, which sets up a brother vs. brother match at WM. Roman beats LA at the Rumble with interference from Solo. LA challenges Solo at WM.

Cody gets his rematch with Roman at WM, and finally wins as Jey has beaten down his brother; LA puts away Solo (Yeah!) and Roman has nobody to help him.

Then LA starts challenging Cody the Raw after WM. After a break, Roman returns, beats on Jimmy, who gets saved by Jey and Solo. Then Solo and Roman finally go at it.

Tag belts let him be on both Raw and Smackdown on kayfabe, allowing them to continue the Bloodline story. And invovle Cody.

I dont disgaree that Jey as tag champ is a little odd but as a device to get them both on both shows I get it

This is some hilarious stuff, but hopefully, someone took the keys from Jey after this one.

I kinda thought they'd have him go a little longer on his own on Raw before crossing back to facing the Bloodline. I knew it would happen, but thought it would be closer to the Rumble.

I got 73 percent. I’m kicking myself for not getting the guy who won 17 titles.

It's been touched on before, but it's amazing how many titles one guy has won and how far he's come since the time when he couldn't read a phone number off the back of his wrist.
