LIV Golf has shown quite a bit of the talent will probably be hunky-dory cashing checks from the Saudis.

 

Right. If this actually happens I'd be curious to see if more talent goes from WWE to AEW (appalled) or from AEW to WWE (gimme the money).

 

I'm sure there'll be plenty of talent who take the check and don't give a fuck. But I'm hoping enough of them take a stand and make an exit that a third company could pop up. And I would imagine Trips would be on the way out with Vince taking over creative again. Once the company's sold, he and Steph should make a decent chunk of money off the proceeds.

But the more I see today, the more I think it might be a deliberate leak aimed at getting things moving faster with other suitors.

 

Its not just LIV right, the Saudi arm owns an EPL team or two? That allegedly they take very good care of, pay the womens team very well, make no interference on stuff like rainbow jerseys…..

I’m not saying its right or good but seems a lot deeper and more nuanced than “Saudi bad let me out of my contract, or comply with our ways or you’re fired.” Or at least it hasnt played out that way in any of their other ventures
