    So I'm watching the Orioles, and Mike Locksley is up in the booth during the third inning. He's talking about the Terps, and he said, "We picked up a few key guys in free agency ..."

    And once again, it was driven home that we're not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy.

    So was construction for this going on at Wallace Wade for a while and no one noticed or asked about it? I feel like this would be announced months in advance (not a month before the season starts) for other programs.
