They can probably run the same offense the Patriots had in 2023.

    And have a better QB.

So when Belichick left, did he leave Kraft a note saying, “I have resigned as HC of the NEP”?

All caveats about Schefter aside, this is interesting.

Playoff teams that might make a run at THE FRAUD @JC :D?

Bills: If they go one- or two-and-out, do they decide they've gone as far as McDermott the terrorist lover can take them, plus, Bill would love to shove it up the Patriots' asses?
Dolphins: Stephen Ross is an idiot who seems to try and find a new coach every year, plus, Bill would love to shove it up the Patriots' asses
Cowboys: Jerrah loves his toys, but Belichick is more self-aware & secure than Parcells and I don't see him chasing a ring and dealing w/an owner holding a presser after every fucking game
Eagles: The QB is in place and Sirianni's seat seems white-hot...this one is interesting
Buccaneers: Bowles has done a much better job than I ever would have expected after his Jets stint, but the Glazers tried getting Parcells to replace Dungy before he left the team at the altar AGAIN. Probably not, especially since Baker is good but not great and the Bucs are probably 7-10 in any other division

He’s looking up at Shula on all-time wins.

I don't think Bill would go to the same team Brady did. He'd be great for the Bills, since their big problem is idiocy and he's good at curbing that, but I doubt McDermott gets canned.

Washington or Tennessee would be my two complete guesses.

I can’t see Belichick coaching in San Diego or Arizona or any semi-balmy place like that — even Dallas. Then again I never saw Parcells in Dallas either.

The image of the guy we have is the hoody, admittedly cut off, coaching in blustery northern cities while he scowls and revels in being a cold-hearted MFer. That also rules out the dome teams. He has that edge to him that someone like Dungy never had.

I think it’s always been destiny that he’d coach the Giants. If there’s a mystery team, I’d think that’d be the one. Maybe that’s why Daboll has been so pissy lately. He’s too smart to jump in the Jets’ cesspool, otherwise I could see that. He is not replacing Sirianni in Philly. Buffalo would be a nice fuck-you to Kraft. I don’t see the Packers or Browns II flushing it down the toilet. Denver isn’t firing Payton and Reid isn’t retiring. Maybe Baltimore if Harbaugh were to inexplicably leave? Washington is a full-on rebuild. I suppose if Josh Harris offers him $30 million a year, anything’s possible.

Seattle could be a possibility hut again, I just don’t think that town has enough of an edge for Bill.

(If Bill ends up at Nantucket High, does he demand team charters to every road game? That’d be a Bill move.)

There once was a coach in Nantucket
Who told Tom Brady to go fuck it
    But when the GOAT left
    The coach was bereft
Cuz his next QB couldn't chuck it

He should go someplace without a franchise quarterback and most of the pieces already in place.

    Hoodie to Jacksonville confirmed.
