Willow has damn near annihilated Mercedes on the mic so far. Which means Mercedes will be going over Sunday night.

Maybe it was the dance partners she had in WWE (the other Horsewomen mainly), but I have not seen it so far in AEW. She's so programmed in the old WWE way of promos following a script and a certain beat, and against the more free-wheeling nature of AEW's promos.

The actual match is going to need to be really good to account for those shortcomings.

Last week, AEW did a double finish for the FTW contender's match, a few days after NXT did the same for the NA contenders.

Tonight, AEW announces that the winners of the Owen Hart Cup will get world title shots, a few days after WWE announces that the King/Queen would get world title shots.

Just happy coincidences, I'm sure, but it's still funny.
