It looks Smackdown is 3 hours Friday is that a premiere special or are they flip flopping the extra hour for the rest of 2024?

(Raw at 2 hours on Netflix is plenty, heres hoping it stays that way, 3s always been insane)

SmackDown is still 2 hours. WWE hadn't said anything about 3 hours, and that's something they would've promoted the hell out of. Screenshot_20240909-225804~2.png

Good grief, it must be nice to work for a dirt sheet and never have to confirm anything. Just sprinkle "reportedly" and "allegedly" and "sources said" through the copy and hit "Send."

This is practically an AEW tradition at this point, isn't it? It's like their version of Pete Rose showing up to get tombstoned by Kane.

Given the felonious actions of their talent over the past week, though — arson, attempted murder, assault — maybe we should make sure all the members of the production staff are accounted for.

Listen, if you can't try to suffocate somebody in a wrasslin' ring then what's the point of even having a PPV?

So apparently, Kevin Nash and Logan Paul are beefing.

Can't wait for that grudge match, but I'm hoping for a triple threat with a meteor prevailing.

Was a bummer to have a great NXT tag match ended by DQ, but that helped get past the potential of a main roster team taking the belts.

And it goes a long way in treating NXT as a complementary brand as opposed to simply developmental, having the Bloodline involved.

This angle against the hard cam totally changed the perspective of how NXT operates. You'd never think that the ring isn't centered like it would be in almost any other building.

I swear, if AEW is running a Shane McMahon invasion angle with Mox as the muscle …

Can somebody make sense out of Bryan not being able to face Darby but being fine to face Nigel?

The Nigel match is "if Danielson is cleared to wrestle."

That said, it's a bit clunky. But as soon as Nigel showed up in the casino gauntlet match, you knew he and Danielson would have one final match given their history. I was just wondering how they'd work it in.

Can somebody also make sense of Darby “not having earned his title shot” but Nigel somehow getting one?
