TK was wearing the neck brace today on NFLN. I hope he keeps it going all weekend.

 

Well. that's certainly a take. He couldn't just leave it as AEW's the Pepsi of pro wrestling and WWE's the Coke?

 

Never thought it would come to this day. Thought Vince would still have some link (as minimal as it could be) until his dying breath.

 

Damn. Carmelo vs. Cody tonight? No beating around the bush there.

 

Meanwhile, Bron is in full Goldberg mode. The last two guys he squashed are no longer employed. Sadly, I can't imagine that different for Cedric.

 

I’ve been flipping between multiple sports and drafts tonight. The E’s draft seems mostly meh, but I liked that scene of Kiana being congratulated by the other NXT wrestlers and HBK. The E doesn’t always tell the talent in advance if they are moving in the draft (most infamously, JR)so I wonder if this was a legit surprise.

 

That has been a nice touch, especially since Kiana seemed to be speaking genuinely and not in her heel persona.

As it looks like, they pretty much traded Nia (SD) for Bron (Raw), Raw added Kiana and SD added Andrade (which basically guarantees that'll be where Charlotte goes when she's healed).
