Ah, but they've got to have him alive for the movie. Otherwise I would agree.

Couldn't the movie, theoretically, take place in the past? Maybe not. I really don't know how they're structuring that. Just a thought.

It really isn't up to Fox so much as the creators of the show. Fox may not want the show any more, but if the creators want the show to live, Jack has to live.

I'm sorry but Monday's episode didn't make a lick of sense.

From the appearance, CTU's pull up checkpoint is next to a glass entry with the inner workings of CTU just inside the glass doors. Intelligence to go? Right. That's just plain beyond reality.

I still find it difficult to believe that Fox would cancel a show that is still doing pretty well.

Just watched last weeks episode-best of season so far - Still do not understand the Dana sub plot but maybe it will become clearer now.

The CTU building is less secure than than F Troop tower.

How far away is the tunnel entrance to CTU from the parking lot that Dana had to go in the elevator to get to in order to meet the now-dead ex-boyfriend/accomplice when he came back to town and insisted on staying at her place?

The Dana story defies intelligence. If you wrote that story in second grade, the teacher would send it back with a note: 'Think about it, the warehouse break-in happened just a few hours ago, is it possible for them to get fingerprints, identify them, pass them along to a parole officer who traced cellphone calls to a CTU agent, and drove all night with a warrant for CTU tapes, where the CTU agent agrees to hand over the tapes without anyone knowing or asking why a strange man is standing in the nerve center of a covert government agency at 3 am during a terrorist bomb threat?'

You would get a sad smiley on your paper and a detention.

And then a suitcase nuke would be found in the detention hall.
