You make a very good point. That is if you take what everyone on this show says as truth.

I've been looking at the now dead "parole officer" as a third party in the break-in, who knows Dana was involved and had all the info because her now dead exboyfriend filled him in prior to his death. The now dead "parole officer" doesn't know the exboyfriend is dead and is trying to get his share for whatever he did to help the now dead exboyfriend track down his now terrorist exgirlfriend.

I bet CTU doesn't even conduct a drug screening before hiring people. They probably don't even run a credit check. Because there's no way they could continuously hire soooooo many double agents.
Seriously though, I'm kinda tired of the "mole in CTU plot."

After the initial "Wow" of the Dana twist wore off, I agree with you. At least they're starting to tie up her loose ends, but I wish they could come up with something a little more original. And what are they having her there for if she's not even going to stop Chloe from starting CTU back up? Speaking of Chloe, it was cool seeing her take it to another level tonight.

The Dana story got even more ignorant tonight.

I think they're openly trying to piss people off with the Dana Walsh story line now. There's no other logical explanation.

I was kicking myself for being surprised by her turning out to be a mole. Then I got to thinking: Has she done ANYTHING to help the bad guys? Her entire story has been 85 percent dealing with the a-hole ex and 15 percent helping CTU. At what point has something gone wrong that could be traced back to her?

A good character turn is one you never saw coming, but once it happens, you look back on prior events and realize it was right under your nose all along. A lousy turn is one you see coming from a mile away. A horrible turn is one that makes absolutely no sense and was never hinted at leading up to it.

At least I was actually surprised by the twist this time.

Seems unliklely, but if it turns out she was placed in her job by a White House conspirator, it would explain how an ex-felon got a CTU job without any background check.

What happens now to the dead alleged parole officer she stuffed behind the wall?

First he stiffens up then he starts to smell.

But probably after the 24 hours are up, so it shouldn't be an issue, right?
