    Is it just me or did it seem that the people who got to the balloon first didn't seem all concerned if there was a kid inside. You'd think you'd check that out first before tying the thing down or securing it. Did they already know? Maybe a helicopter with a infrared could see that there wasn't anything inside.

    No, not yet. Not at the house in Fort Collins (2 miles from where my sister lives) and they are looking into a report of someone saying he saw something drop from the sky on the Plains.
