    News flash! Kids do dumb stuff. This story isn't about the kids, it's about how easily and completely everyone, especially news media that are supposed to be trained to be skeptical, freaked out totally.

    Yeah, because the father who named his son Falcon and had his family on Wife Swap is certainly going to bring the hard justice.

    So the media hears that one kid said there's another kid floating in a balloon a mile high in Colorado, does very little to confirm this, and runs with it all day long. Impressive.

    I still hope the parents get financially and publicly bitchslapped. The kid wasn't in the balloon, but there's no reason he couldn't have been.
