    What's up Cran!

    Here is a summary to catch you up:

    Normal hypocrisy, meltdowns/dirty tricks of haters, but JDV is making xtreme efforts to be cool even if drenched in mud.

    JDV is going to make a major effort at "peace in the Middle East" but the other side has to be willing to do their part to make things really work. So, we will see what they are capable of.

    Did you catch the latest Costas Now on Bonds & steroids in MLB? That had a sit down with Selig & Shilling & talked about Mark. If so, what's your take?
