It KILLS me what you can find when you have access to a search engine and the name John D. Villarreal.

I don't know the message board, but from the FAQ, it looks like it is a sprawling message board that grew out of a site for hackers and computer hardware geeks. It now has several sub-board forums, including one about cars.

I just sat here doubled over laughing, while reading a thread on the forum for people into cars. The thread is titled:

One of the biggest douches ever to drive an M3...

Yeah, I know it's too easy ... but for your entertainment:

Oh, JDV, that's the saddest thing I've ever seen.

On how many message boards are you the resident loser?

Did you click any of the links further down the page? Those are even better.

Enlightening to discover that we're not alone, looks like JDV's the topic of similar discussion on several other message boards. I'll give him his props, though, that first post did admit that he's a "D-List celebrity." I had my doubts as to his celebrity status. I guess I'm wrong.

Yeah. But those people don't know him. They had just watched the video he made about his car. So when that guy calls him a "D List celebrity" it is based on the boasts they read on his myspace page or his personal website. On later pages, some of them figured out he is a Russian alphabet list celebrity and goofed on the stuff they were finding even more.

'You honor, let the record please reflect that the the prosecution requests that replies #502, 510, and 512 of this thread be entered as evidence exhibit 'ZZZ' in our present case, the case of "Rok's hypothesis of female posters (as well as many male posters) following JDV around from thread to thread." It should be noted that neither the author of reply #510 nor of #512 had appeared on this thread for some substantial period of time (if ever) before the author of post #502 showed up. And when the author of #502 showed up, the author of #510 and #512 very readily followed, as the reply numbers would reflect. Thank you, your honor. The prosecution rests, for now. Until the next incredibly obvious, Ray-Charles-could-see-it instance occurs. And the prosecution, your honor, is quite sure it will occur. No further evidence to enter at this time.'

Except for the fact that EVERY Bonds thread on this board is heavily read...but hey, it's your bro...I can understand you being biased.
