-Layer Cake (get to see a pre-bond Daniel Craig)

-The Butterfly Effect (Ashton Kutcher is suprisingly good)

    -Pi

    -Being John Malkovich

    -Boiler Room

-Super Troopers (if you haven't seen this, then you HAVE to watch it first)

-Brain Donors (I just really like John Turturro)

    -Broken Vessels

-Formula 51 (one of Sammy J.'s funniest movies)

-Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels (and Snatch of course, if you haven't seen that)

-Any Kevin Smith Movie except for Jersey Girl

    -Detroit Rock City

-The Rules of Attraction (and American Psycho is you haven't seen that)

    The Notebook?

But seriously, I'll gladly second 25th Hour, Layer Cake (one of my favorites) and Primer. I'll also throw in The Proposition and Idiocracy, which Fox has hidden unbelievably well. Also, even though it breaks the subtitles rile, Pan's Labrynth. And Scoop, the Woody Allen movie with Scarlett Johansson (reason enough).

Foley hinted at it earlier: Clerks.

Great call on Suicide Kings ...

Dirty Work, if only for the "dead" hookers line.

Michael Winterbottom's "The Claim" - a great movie set in the Sierra Nevadas about a mining town during the building of the transcontinental railroad.

"Midnight Run" with DeNiro and Grodin - bounty hunter (DeNiro) has to deal with the mob and a rival bounty hunter to get Grodin back to L.A. before the bond defaults.

"Arlington Road" with Jeff Bridges and Tim Robbins. Bridges is a scholar on conspiracy theories (JFK, Lincoln etc.) who becomes suspicious of a new neighbor (Robbins).

Speaking of Michael Winterbottom, I want to see 9 Songs. It's about music and sex, sex and music. VERY realistic, if you get my drift.

Plus, it has some kick-ass music.

I'd recommend From Hell and The Libertine if you enjoy twisted films starring Johnny Depp as much as I do.
