    The Whoopie Boys.

Damn funny/silly movie with Michale O'Keefe and Paul Rodriguez in 1986. The problem is getting a copy of it because I don't think it was ever released on DVD.

The Shape of Things was good, but it seemed more like a play than a movie, not that that's a bad thing...

The performances of Aaron Eckhart in In the Company of Men and Jason Patric in Your Friends and Neighbors are among the best of the past decade...

For comedy, try "The Tall Guy" w/Jeff Goldblum, Emma Thompson and Rowan Atkinson.

For scary, try "The Changeling" w/George C. Scott.

If you want something that is just damn weird, I have one word for you.

    Gummo

It's from the director of Kids and has a bunch of unknowns just doing shit that will make you feel terrible or make you laugh out loud.

The wife and I love it, the sister-in-law, however, had this to say. "I want to dig my eyeballs out with a rusty spoon after watching that."
    Great stuff.

There's also a buck-nekkid young Uma Thurman in there too. That movie is responsible for the deaths of many, many kittens.

Just watched a doc.... Paradise Lost.

Three 2nd-grade boys were butchered in Arkansas in 1993, and this film covers that tragedy and the trial.

This film starts off with the police video of their discovery of the bodies.... I've never been so jolted and revolted.

If you want to see Uma, rent Dangerous Liaisons...

"Dead Alive." As a former colleague would say, it's beyond extreme.
