    Thank you, though your snark chops seemed to get a workout themselves in that post. However, some sock puppets are obvious. Others are not until you engage with them. So I'm not sure how we should just not reply to every new member who signs up until they post 50 times? 100 times?

    Dear IJAG,

    My snark chops need a workout now and again. Also, clearly, I mean once you figure it out. It isn't always obvious to us, either.
    Also, reporting a post doesn't automatically get the post deleted though it does help us find things that may get lost. It sure doesn't get the poster deleted. We do take that task seriously and don't delete people just for the sport of it.

    I didn't mean to imply posts automatically deleted them. Just meant that we report them, and that will lead to them being deleted if called for. But reporting a post isn't going to lead you guys to say "let's just can his ass."
