When walking into a small restaurant with tables right near the door, please come in and shut the door quickly. Those of us sitting there eating have already taken off our coats and do not enjoy the blast of arctic air that flows in who you hold the door open for the rest of your party, which is half a block away. We especially don't like it when you walk in, hold the door open and say "wow!" because you're surprised the restaurant is busy.
