    Dyno,

I'm the worst at RSVPing. I have a friend from this board getting married. Just found the RSVP card on my table when I was cleaning. I think I got it a month and a half ago. Still need to put it in the mail. :(

    Dear Dyno,

I blame Facebook. Also, I suggest Facebook.

    Best wishes,

    Dear Versatile,

Unfortunately, FB isn't an option since I'm not friends with any of the guests (just the mom-to-be). I blame bad manners (sorry, IJAG).

    Love,

    Dyno

    Dear Dools,

You ought be onto something. The on-RSVPers might be soccer moms too busy prepping the orange slices for the next practice. Or trapped under some gear in the minivan.

    Gratefully,

    Dyno

    Dear Dyno,

    So, soccer moms, you say?

    Hopefully,

    Board,

Recently, I was on the hiring committee for a person in my department who was applying for a job in which she will be my manager.

I placed my vote for her to get the job. Which she did.

Now ... HER position is open. It is quite the step up for me. She was the first one to ask me (as my new supervisor) if I wanted to apply for her job. Said I was her first choice for the position.

    I said yes.

As scared as I am of this ... I hope it works out for me.

    Lieslntx,

Don't be scared. Be confident. Nerves are fine, but don't let them remove your chance at a great opportunity.

    Dear Political Thread Creators,

Please put "Limbaugh" in the titles of threads about that smug radio douche bag. Every time I see "Rush," I click the thread in hopes of a demented-Bubbler sighting.

    Thanks,

    Versatile
