    Dear people of the world,

Please help me get a good night's sleep and try to help me remember what it's like to be happy on a regular basis again rather than having moments of happiness surrounded by anxiety, stress, depression and otherwise tough times. Thanks in advance for your help.....

    Mr. Myers,

Best of luck. I don't know your situation, but I've had those same symptoms plenty of times, as have many here, I'm sure. Deep breaths and plenty of contact with friend and family always do the trick for me. If the latter isn't available, shoot me a PM.

    Best,

Thanks for the advice. I try to do things to that I enjoy and make myself happy (Exercise, write stories - it's fun for me because sports writing is my side job as opposed to my regular job in the Army - talk to my family and friends, etc.) but it seems like those things are temporary fixes for long-term problems.
I'm working on trying to get to a better place when it comes to the long-term problems, but it's not going to just happen overnight.
