    Dear Buck-Dub:

There's gigs of more useless knowledge where that came from. ;D (I also knew that if Fig Newtons could survive hours in Southeast Asia heat and humidity that everything else was downhill).

Glad to be of help (for once :-[ :p).

    Dear co-worker No. 1,

Thanks for bringing in the treats for the desk on the start of Friday Night Football here in the Bible Belt. Frozen Kit Kats rock!

    Sincerely,

    Dear co-workers No. 2 and No. 3,

The men's bathroom isn't an appropriate place to carry on a conversation about the genius of Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys.

Especially when you're loud and you're standing right behind me. I felt like I was in line to pee at Texas Stadium. You were seriously creeping me out. I should've turned around and peed on both of you!

    Thanks alot turd sacks!

    Not so sincerely,
    Tommy_D

Dear dork who canceled our date tonight,

I went to see a movie without you instead. I will not have some moronic guy ruin a Friday night off.

    No longer taking your calls,

    SC

Dear coworker who is an extremely nice person,
Please, learn how to use a computer. We were an hour+ past deadline because you couldn't get in a story even though you a) had a computer that can dial into the internet, b) are staying in a school that has computers with high-speed internet access. We have a national story in our (very big) back yard and we drop the ball. I know you're in your 40s, but please learn computers. Dictating your story over the phone when we're already well past deadline is not a good idea.

    Sincerely,
    amr

P.S. Dear Photographer, thanks for being able to use a computer and sending us a picture, but when the story's about someone's new field, do you think you could send a picture that actually has the field in it?

Dear fat 50something fuck in the hotel bar tonight.

    Thanks for lighting that cigar.

It added so much to the flavor of my cheeseburger. Or not.
