    Liesl,

I have a full spread. Two antibiotics, a steroid, an inhaler, Vicks VapoInhaler, Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold and Cough, some Hydromet syrup from the last time I got this and my allergy meds. I'm doped within an inch of my life.

    IJAG,

With a spread like that, you could knock out just about anything short of The Black Death. Hope you're feeling better.

    Regards,

    JCM

Well, my stupidity has finally caught up with me. And no, I'm not talking about Sheep. Gonna be a long way to fix things, but will happen. Hopefully, I have the patience and others will have the understanding to get through this. And hopefully, I won't be as stupid the next time around.

    World,

Got a message this morning telling me an old boss died yesterday. She's one of the reasons I got my current job, and she calmed my manic self when I spazzed during in our working relationship.

Did I get under her skin? I'm sure of it. But she always provided a ton of support.

Way too young, too. I'll be tipping one back in her honor tonight.

    Dear board,

I passed on watching the Browns at the bar today to walk in the Pride parade with the Humane Society. Got there at 10:30 for 11 a.m. check in and a 1 p.m. parade. Done with the parade at 3, back to the train station at 3:45, home at 4:30 only to find out the Browns finally won a game.

Still wouldn't trade it (Pride is only slightly more rare at once a year than Browns victories) but I do wish I'd seen some of the game.

    Dear people with stable families,

    You are truly blessed.

Be thankful you don't have to deal with a psycho 38-year-old, leeching, scumbag brother who acts like he's 2, threatens to kill you, hits you with chairs, wooden batons and anything else he can find. (all of which I was able to mostly dodge)

And now, well, now I have to try and go through work with my mind raging.

So fucking mad right now, but hey, let's put out a newspaper!

    Dear SJ,

I know it's kind of shitty to pop up on this thread and ask for things, but I believe in the power of prayer/positive thoughts/vibes/whatever the hell you want to call it.

My best friend from high school, Jane, is going through hell. Her husband is missing. He went hiking in Glacier National Park last week with a friend, and they never made it home. He's a good man, a veterinarian, and he and Jane are practically newlyweds. His name is Jason Hiser.

    Here's the story:

If you have a moment to send a prayer his/her way today, please do.

    Thank you,
    CB

    Dear CB,

Asking for this is as far from shitty as possible.

    Prayers sent.

    With hope,

    Dear Care Bear,

Absolutely you're right to ask for prayers. Glacier's weather gets pretty tough by October, but here's hoping they found shelter somewhere and are holding out until rescuers arrive.

    Sincerely,

    I Should Coco
