For the love of God, if someone has been complaining of back pain for three weeks (lower back pain that is) and they come to see you, please do a THOROUGH check-up, especially when he tells you he hasn't been able to urinate for a day. Don't send him home with a cursory glance and say "Oh, you have a UTI, take this." Two days later friend was back in the ER and he might not make it out of there now ... FUCKERS!
