He's taking a pretty big lead out
there, almost daring him to try and pick him off. The pitcher
glances over, winds up, and it's bunted, bunted down the third
base line, the suicide squeeze is on! Here he comes, squeeze
play, it's gonna be close, holy cow, I think he's gonna make it!

This will at least help A-Rod's likeability -- a pep talk from his good pal Kobe:

Screw Kobe (and LeBron), the ultimate front-runner. Yeah bet he loved the Yankees when it was Mel Hall and Ed Whitson at Yankee Stadium getting beat down by the Ripken O's and Dave Steib/George Bell Jays.

Sub LeBron out for Phillip Rivers, add Tiger and let them be coached by Lane Kiffin and you've got your monument.

Given the main reason Bryant belongs on the list, perhaps Roethlisberger? Not sure if that works because his profile isn't as high as the other three.

The Yankees and Marlins are discussing a deal to send Alex Rodriguez to Miami.

Prediction: ARod goes to Florida and has a big comeback year (.300 average, 35+ HRs) away from the pressure of NY and playing in Jeter's shadow. ;D
