I knew this would happen. Bless the internet. Anyway, we're well into the loop where everything I say will be called arrogant or worse, so I'm quitting. One thing I have learned, in my 15 years on this earth, is that trying to justify yourself on a message board is like rolling around in pine needles in an attempt to become a porcupine.

I just want to say for the record that there are brief moments, usually very early in the morning or when I'm asleep, when I turn into someone who isn't the embodiment of all evil. With that, I wish you well.

Shane, I have no idea what kind of person you really are. But here's some simple advice. Listen and learn. Show some humility. Don't flip the bird and don't root in a professional setting. Find somebody who's willing to edit your blog and give it a critical read. Everybody needs an editor.

 

I like this guy. Reminds me of the kind of smart ass I am to not put up with folks who feel they're entitled.
