It appears young Shane's apology may not have been as heartfelt as it first appeared. From his next entry:

Please forgive my swear words and general attitude of rebellion and disrespect. If you were about to give me a job at a high level or even low level organization or were just going to let me cover junior high volleyball for free, please direct me as to which parts of the post I should delete. Better yet, I'll just give you my login information and you can write this yourself. If I've upset any of you fine folks, I sincerely apologize and hope you'll drop me an e-mail telling me where you'd like me to make confession. Oh wait, I already know; I'll see you at the Church of the Divine Silence, the Holiest Incarnation of the Blessed Grimace, i.e. press row.

(Grabs crotch defiantly, skateboards off into the distance while a pair of black un-belted pants slowly fall down.

 

That sound you hear is all the good will this dude accrued with his apology hanging itself.

 

Wow I thought you were just making that up, but I went to Shane's blog and read it there myself.

Jones may still throw him off upper deck yet.

 

Now he plays the race card?

What a jerk.

 

Kid just raised the bar. By the end of business hours today, I suspect David Remnick and S.L. Price will be joining the burgeoning circle of trust.

Damn, I think J.R. Moehringer just volunteered to mentor him.

 

I gotta say, I enjoyed the Kyrie Irving stuff.

 

Based on their comments his apology was not well received by his blog fans.

He is now trying to get back to keepin it real.

With one blog post Inshane has cratered his fast moving career at Esquire.

Gregory Lee is putting him on his list of writers Moddy should hire.

 

He doesn't seem to mind using photos from mainstream newspapers.

Wonder how much he's paying for those?
