The Nats should make that Adam and Drake LaRoche bobble head night.

LOL. You are kind of right. So are those White Sox teammates who complained to Kenny Williams.
But you can imagine, perhaps, where complaining to a reporter, even anonymously might get them.

There isn't a single shred of evidence that any player complained to Williams.

    Williams hasn't publicly claimed this.

In fact, he and every player who has commented, has specifically denied as much.

No reporter or pundit should make such a claim unless they can say it based on their own reporting.

And, if writers, who have access to the team, can't get even an anonymous source to verify such a claim, then their access is useless.

It's the biggest story involving the team. It's three or more days old. Develop a fucking source, or admit that you are flying blind.

Reporting based solely on being on the receiving end of management leaks isn't worth a bucket of spit.

The Nightengale column. Unless you think Bob's sources made it up.

It's less than ideal from an optics perspective, but that reporting could be entirely true.

Nightengale's sources offered self-serving bullshit. No name, no publication should have been the deal. Instead, he got used like a $2 whore.

Bob's sources were management sources who (amazingly) said the same exact thing that Williams said. I'm far from sold.

Bob doesn't have a fucking source.

He talked to people who talked to people. His column is a fucking embarrassment.

If Bob's idea of having sources means he'll pick up the phone when management calls to leak their side of the story to him, then he has no sources.

What did Bob do to confirm what he had been told?

His column doesn't tell us. Did he talk to a single player? Did he even get a "no comment" before running his second hand gossip?

    And lied to?

Are his sources lying? Further, if you're certain of they are, is the writer in on it?
