I think we go to the same one and I was there yesterday - it was exactly as you say. Took about 30 to get in, which wasn't great with all the wind. But it was like you had the store to yourself and they had everything. Even toilet paper.
I forgot to get some of their Everything But The Bagel seasoning. That will have to wait for the next trip.

I have read mixed things about COVID 19 living on clothing, but I've taken to washing my clothes and taking a shower after I go out. It is something I picked up from years of living with allergies. I'm allergic to dogs, so if I spend time at the home of someone with a dog, it helps to shower when I get home. It kind of makes sense if you're wearing gloves every time you go out.

    Anybody else?

Best practice is to leave your shoes outside along with the groceries. Come in, take your clothes off and bag them to wash. Shower and dress. Go back out to the front porch and wipe down your purchases with disinfectant before they come inside. Truthfully, I'm not that consistent about that... but my brother, who works with Corona patients daily, does exactly that every time he comes home. He also does not go to the grocery store at all, he orders groceries delivered and then wipes them down.

This does seem like a mighty fine time to do EVERY FUCKING ROAD REPAIR IN THIS COUNTRY THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

Actually, the town next to mine, where my local supermarket is located, is doing just that.

Without giving away my exact location it’s the only one in Union County which sells wine. They are open 8-9 for older individuals and then at 9 for everyone else. I went on a walk this morning around 8:30 and the line for people under 60 was at least 50 people long. I love my spicy Thai eggplant and lemongrass chicken sticks, but not enough to wait upwards of 90 minutes.
