    Wrong,

It's not my brother. It's the same hater it always was. Nothing has changed apparently.

As boring & wrong now as it was then.

Since he never anwsered these questions before here it is again:

By now it should be blatantly obvious how much of an exaggerator JDV is.

JDV says by his own admission that he has been an elite powerlifter but never a super elite powerlifter, apparently JDV has his own vocabulary that most people don't understand. Here is a breakdown:

When JDV says "elite", it means above average to the real world.
When JDV says "super elite", it translates into what most english speakers would call elite.

We can only wonder what the rest of JDV's super words mean to the rest of the world. How about JDV's word of "drug free", what does that entail? Let's find out.

JDV, please answer the following questions regarding your use of the word drug free:
Does this include the use of substances which are legal for over the counter sale but banned by certain athletic affiliations including the MLB, NFL, NCAA, IOC, etc...?
Does this include the use of prohormones?
    What do these substances do?
What is your affiliation with the legal substance known as "superdrol"? Were you one of the many lifters who pu this into their bodies? Did this substance turn out to be something very similar to a designer steroid, such as the steroid THG which you know from the BALCO scandal.
Have you taken substances in the past which were legal at the time for over the counter sale which have since been declared illegal? Was this pre-androstendione ban?

JDV admits he has never been "super elite" meaning one of the best in the sport. Yet somehow managed to win 3 national championships in the sport. I don't understand, maybe JDV can use his "super" vocabulary to explain that.
I'll try, during no year did JDV have the best totals in the country for his weight class or age group, that should answer it for you.

Here are some questions that will end all the JDV specualtion and hating:

Regarding the best squat ever of 863 lbs, the 525 lbs bench and the 670 lbs deadlift:
    What gear did you use?
Did you go all the way down?
Was this in training or at a competiton?
Do powerlifters usually list their best training lifts as their best lifts?

    Regarding McGwire Training:
How long was McGwire under your program?
    Did he pay you?
Why didn't you coninue to train him post 1992 off-season?

At Cal did you compete in intramural or varsity rugby?
If it was varsity, did you earn a varsity letter, or just practice for a few days?
How about Judo, was that intramural too? Were you invited to the intramural collegiate nationals?
How about USA wrestiling, did you ever compete in a match for them? Did you wrestle collegiately?
If not, how did you keep up with those other collegiate wrestlers from back East who were wrestling for USA?
Were you recruited for USA lifting? Please elaborate on this, what was the situation?

JDV, there are a lot of things you don't know and shouldn't pretend to. There are a lot of Diablo lifters who don't use drugs and have been very succesful. They don't need to rant on and on about themselves because they let people find out things about them on their own. Keep that in mind, it may serve you well in life. Here's a free powerlifting message for you:

Gear doesn't work for you because you don't train right. It is not simply put the gear on and get bigger lifts. Gear is very specific, meaning you pick out gear which will help your weak area in a lift. Gear selection and utilization is a long process that must be worked on for a lengthy period of time leading up to a competiton. By the way, based on those pics you posted at the APC's it looks like you're in some pretty heavy gear, I thought you weren't about gear and that's why you were leaving the sport. Maybe I missed something.

Here is smoe more advice, nobody like you because you constantly brag about yourself and won't shut the fuck up.

"The check is in the mail, heee heee"

If it isn't JDV's arch-nemesis Supershadow! Stalker from another board, here to tell us why his version of power-lifting is superior to JDV's version of power-lifting and to save SportsJournalists.com from the evils of self-aggrandizement! This should be entertaining.

    JV,

Here are some more questions you never answered, fraud:

Aren't there close to twenty powerlifting federations in the U.S. with several national competitions each year?

Aren't there about 8 International federations that hold several world competitions each year?

With all these different competitions, what makes you the 3 time national champ and not some other lifter?

What makes you number 3 in the world if you placed third out of three lifters in only one of these international competitions in only one of the many years?

You did win a legit powelifting competition in the teenage division in 1990, I'll give you that.
You did win some other competitons in the submasters age group after that.

But don't you think that when you call yourself the 3X national champ you're stretching the hell out of the truth? You know you are not the true national champion in the same sense of the word as there is one champion in a sport like football or basketball? Yet you refer to yourself as the champ as if it were in the same context of the word as it is used in one of those sports. You are supposed to be all about integrity, yet you are ok with the fact that you're deceiving everyone on this board. You have posted all your credentials on this board and none of them would lead anyone who has any knowledge in the sport to think you were anything that even resembles the national champion of the sport. You are not about integrity, you have tried to deceive many people for many years in an effort to make yourself look better. Oh yeah, Diablo came to you and wanted to sell your shirts, they were being sarcastic, MAKING FUN OF YOU. HELLO. Here is my good deed for the day.
JV, as someone who is sane I am giving advice to you. Delete all of your posts, delete your wikipedia page, and delete your SportsJournalists.com account. Guess what, for the rest of your life, whenever you want to do something and be taken seriously, all anyone has to do is type your name into google and see all of your rants on youtube and message boards. Then guess what, you will not be taken seriously. Face it, all you are is an average lifter with average numbers. The only lifts you can back up are your competition lifts and they are only slightly above average.

I don't know what the backstory between you and JDV is, but get it off this board, SS. Go back to whatever hole you crawled out from.
