Alex Trebek/Jeopardy Tribute Thread

She is not entertaining. Grating. She grates on my nerves.

 

I thought Amy Schneider improved. About a week in I thought she was going to get stomped. She was down big early in Double Jeopardy. She came back and was unbeatable for a while. She started getting more aggressive on Daily Doubles and was generally more dominant, in my opinion.

 

I don't get it. Why does she grate on your nerves?

 

Everything. The hand gestures. The giddiness. The talking over others. All of it. That said, she was calmer yesterday.

 

Jesus. Tough crowd.

 

It's just like when you're out in the world, sometimes you interact or see someone or you're in a class with someone that just rubs you the wrong way. There's no rhyme or reason to it. She rubs me the wrong way.

 

Mattea has got to go. Tonight she was particularly on point for herself, meaning over-arching hand gestures and commentary. I decided part of the problem with her hand gesturing is it looks as if she has someone hiding behind her back, pretending to be her hands when she speaks. You know what I mean.

 

Yes. It's because she waves her hands around but keeps her arms really close to her body. I'm wondering if she has a health issue, because I've never seen such a young woman with such low hanging boobs. Her boobs are as low as mine and I'm almost 60.

 

I like and respect you, a lot, but if a guy posted this you’d be ripping him.

 

Probably.

And probably unfair on my part. She has taught herself to keep her arms close to her torso for some reason. And it adds to some of the oddness about her that I'm having a hard time processing.

 

Didn’t mean to jump down your throat. I’m also an extremely weird guy who has plenty of tics and I’m probably being too defensive. And I need sleep.

 

That challenger on Monday didn't even bet to win the game. In third place, she didn't make a bet that would beat Mattea if she got the question wrong, which happened. Where do they find these idiots.
