Nope. And she certainly isn’t making it that quickly.

I like Mayim Bialik except she has a little delay in stating a question is correct. With Trebek, a delay indicated a wrong question.

I thought she was a lot better in her tryout and her first run. Since she's come back, that delay is really noticeable.

Taking the cue from @Webster, I went down the rabbit hole of the subreddit r/jeopardy. Interesting indeed, and going back a bit I found this retweet from Mattea. I wasn't a fan but looking at this face, well, who can't be a fan? She's who she's always been. Apologies, Mattea.

Current champ seems nice, but it has to be the weakest 5-game streak of all-time, right? She's got three wins by $200 or so, and I think those were also wins because nobody got Final Jeopardy. Also, it's a shame that her streak probably means no Jackie (stone cold serious, no laughing, secret fox) in the tournament of champions, even though she had 2x Megan's total in four games vs. five.

How do you not bet enough to make sure you win?

Isn't the standard bet it all if you're not winning and bet enough to cover what someone would get if they successfully double if you are winning?
But what do I know? I didn't even qualify for the show.

I could never live with myself if I didn’t bet it all in Final Jeopardy. I’d rather lose it all than get the question right and come up short.

Always bet on yourself when you are in the lead.

I don't understand the logic of the bet. She would have lost to the guy in third if he doubled up.

It was a stupid bet. She panicked.

But where did she get the number? I can't think of the situation in which it made sense.
