That charge on Chalmers giving him four fouls was a terrible call.

 

Mentality of winning must have helped Kansas in that possession where they threw it away three times, but still managed to get the ball back and score.

Having said that, this IS a great game between great teams.

 

Well, that was a pretty big shot.

 

OVERTIME!

 

Gotta kick it out there, the turn-around with a defender that close makes little sense.

 

Selection committee must be cussing out both teams right about now.

 

If Kansas can make this game go long enough, it'll get a No. 1 seed win or lose.

 

This probably isn't as bad as it sounds. I'm guessing Kansas had a 1 anyway, and a nailbiting loss here isn't going to be enough to knock them down a spot. Texas, on my crappy bracket prediction attempt in the Selection Sunday thread, is getting a 3 because of today. And even if they do move teams up or down a spot based on this game, I'm sure they have two sets of brackets now -- one for a KU win, one for a Texas win.

 

It'll get a No. 1 either way.

 

Ballgame.

But I give Texas props for making it interesting.
