But can the Terps sustain all that momentum going into the tourney?
They sure are red hot as of late, especially considering the way they started out the ACC season.

Second-best college game of the year, only behind the Okie State-Texas 3OT game earlier.
    Acie Fucking Law.
NBA teams will fuck up and find flaws with him, and he'll fall to the teens in the draft. And then someone will pick him and get the steal of the draft.

Is there a hotter team in the ACC? I mean, it's not like Maryland is doing this against Miami, Clemson and N.C. State ...

So now it's pull hard for Virginia Tech tomorrow night. Sets them up with Miami, then BC, and then Va Tech for a trip to the ACC Finals. On the other hand I think that's being very ambitious. But they haven't played this well for this many weeks since 2002. I don't expect them to go TOO deep into the tournament, but there's also something about them. 5-0 against Tobacco Road. I'm having a lot of fun these days!

Texas's game in Knoxville was an OT game, too ... Vols come back from double digit deficit to take the lead when Lofton hit that 57-footer over Durant, only to watch Durant hit a 3 seconds later to force OT.

Texas has played in a lot of great games this season.

Acie Law = onions. Damn, that was one hell of a shot he hit over Durant last night. Rainbow. Sweet.

Virginia Tech at Virginia tonight. Can't fucking wait.

Watched that Texas A&M-Texas game before I went to bed ... wow. I thought it would be a much better game than when they played the first time, but I never thought it would be that good to watch.

And ondeadline, thanks for the link. Loved the Dean Smith ending.

I was at a concert last night (finally realized why people like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale at six fucken bucks a cup, so I won't be doing the concert thing that much), and I missed this. The highlights looked fun.

As for the CAA: The most recent batch of projections have them with three, which makes sense and has no chance of happening UNLESS VCU wins a close final against Drexel after the Dragons went to multiple-OT against Old Dominion in the semis. VCU is not getting in as an at-large. ODU and Drexel are hotter with better wins, and arguing against them is going to be tough.

The NIT would prefer the NCAA take Drexel over ODU because ODU does a much better job filling up its arena.

Or William & Mary can win it and finally have something worth hanging up in their gym. But if that happens, the CAA should put itself on a three-year probation.
